Learning online is a little different from attending an on-ground training program. In an online course, the responsibility of learning is borne more by the learner than the learning provider – so while online learning has a lot of rewards (flexible hours, comfort of learning from home) it also has its share of challenges. The online learner who understands these challenges and overcomes them is the one who learns the most.
